Each weekend, Delicious! Catering & Sweet Treats by Kristy and Joe offer gourmet lunches and dinners from our barbeque. Bring your loved one, family or friends and enjoy the cool breeze and Delicious! food in our vineyard.

Ringtail Vineyard Menu

 

All box lunches and dinners are served with homemade potato salad, a side, and a Delicious! cupcake! Price is $10.00. BBQ~Cheese Burgers, Cordon Bleu, and  Polish Dogs now available every weekend (weather permitting) for $8.00.

Lunch boxes are available as pre-orders to insure freshness and quality.

 1/2lb Cheeseburger

Served with your choice of cheese; Cheddar, Swiss, Pepper Jack or Bleu, served with all the trimmins. Add thick cut bacon for $1.00 extra.

The Cordon Blue

Grilled and seasoned chicken breast topped with black forest ham, swiss cheese and crisp lettuce. Served on a fresh roll with mayo and a spicy honey mustard.

The Polish Experiment

Grilled Polish Dog topped with dill relish, chopped onions and sauerkraut. Served with mayo, ketchup and mustard on a fresh bun.

BBQ Chicken San

Grilled Chicken with BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese and thick cut bacon. Served on a fresh roll with mayo and bbq sauce.

The Turkey Supreme

Seasoned turkey with thick cut bacon, fresh tomatoes and swiss cheese. Served on a fresh roll with Mayo and Dijon.

The Chicken Salad Pita

Baked, seasoned and cubed chicken breast tossed with green onions, black olives, fresh dill and parmesan cheese tossed in a tangy dijon mayo sauce and stuffed in a pita with shredded lettuce.

The Tuna Cran

Albacore tuna tossed with dried cranberries, pecans and poppyseed dressing. Served over tender butter lettuce or in a pita.

The Caesar Wrap

Baked and Cubed chicken tossed in caesar dressing with romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese. Rolled and wrapped in a a garlic tort.

Veggie Wrap

Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Avocado and Napa Cabbage with a cream cheese spread, rolled and wrapped in a garlic tort.

  Weekly specials will include:  Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches, BBQ Bacon Cheddar Bird Sandwich, Smoked BBQ Chicken Wings with a Bleu Cheese Dip, Carne Asada and much more!
All BBQ plates include your choice of 2 sides: homemade potato salad, baked beans, slaw, 3 bean salad or a gourmet cupcake.
